Soft, bi-elastic silicone adhesive wound dressing. Top layer of lycra fibers giving the dressing a silken-like look. The wide scaled pore structure of the dressing allows the dressing to breath and supports an optimal wound healing based on the principle of moist wound healing. Can be used as a protective layer on fragile skin (skin at risk) to support skin tissues. Does not absorb.
